About us
Strengthening neonatal care, together.
NeoSupport Senegal is a nonprofit organization focused on neonatal care in Senegal through equipment, training and family support.
Our mission
To work alongside hospitals and communities so that every newborn in Senegal has access to safe, skilled and family-centered neonatal care.

Our founding story
NeoSupport Sénégal was founded by Sokhna Bambi Fall, a Senegalese mother whose twins were born at just 26 weeks. Their NICU journey was long and medically complex, including emergency surgery, long-term ventilation, feeding tubes, oxygen support and multiple hospitalizations.
Through it all, she saw firsthand how specialized equipment, trained medical professionals and support for families can give premature and critically ill babies a chance to survive. NeoSupport Sénégal works to make that care more available in Senegal, alongside the hospitals, clinicians and families who know their needs best.
Our values
Dignity
Every family and baby is treated with respect in how we work and tell stories.
Partnership
Hospitals and healthcare teams are partners, not recipients.
Sustainability
Practical support hospitals can maintain long after delivery.
Family-centered care
Parents are informed, supported and included.
Accountability
We clearly report what is done, underway and planned.
Locally informed
Solutions shaped by Senegalese clinicians and communities.
